When you initially get in touch we'll have a few questions to ask, if you can give these some thought they will help everyone have a clearer picture of what you're after. They are listed below, you can use the form below and answer them straight away.
Once we've had our initial conversation we'll book a follow-up meeting (or a Skype conference call) so we can go into the detail of what you want. We'll run through our Checklist to capture every detail we can to be able to provide you with an accurate estimate of cost.
When this is complete we'll create a PDF for you detailing the scope of the project and a table of estimated costs which we'll send to you.
We can then have another meeting/call to run through the PDF and answer any questions you may have.
With your approval we'll then commence work on your store. We'll give you regular updates as we work towards completion. At any point during this you can get in touch with any questions, this is your store so we're happy for you to see it from start to finish.
When the store is completed we'll apply the finishing touches and with your final stamp of approval will publish the store to the world.
After launch we can offer a range of support including warranty support, A/B testing, heatmapping and adding additional functionality.
